Beyond the peripheries of our schools, we bring our Beyond Academics’ programmes to any
child outside of Vedanaya and open our doors to answer their call of learning

Young learners at this age have a very active subconscious state of mind, keenly absorbing, exploring, questioning and imitating everything around them. UBIKA’s Enrichment Programmes offer carefully crafted experiences to cultivate a healthy and fertile consciousness in our children.

LANGUAGE ENRICHMENT THROUGH PLAY

We subtly nurture young minds to generate innovative ideas throughout their growing years with the proven art of 'Storytelling'. Our mentors go beyond books in this first discovery of the world of imagination and creativity. Through shadow play, finger puppets and narration focused attentiveness and empathy is encouraged and groomed.

CREATION

We want our young learners to be creators and not just consumers of technology. This creative module focuses on problem-solving mechanisms through the structured approach of design-thinking. The journey of our learners, with our structured approach, will include: Framing a problem >> collaborative brainstorming for solutions >> creating prototypes >> testing prototypes >> finally using the product/solution and representing the products/solutions in real-time.

To foster solution-oriented thinking in their daily lives, our explorers will be encouraged to bring together the needs and problems identified by them through all their learnings (Creative Expression, Theatre, Wellness, Planet Savers) and ideate together with their friends to find solutions.

From creating a paper circuit to coding and digital fabrication, our learners will champion all tools in an open-access makerspace while they’re at play, with the help of their mentors, at every step.
